Mike Roberts

Selling a house is a huge undertaking, both emotionally and practically. I've ‘loved it’ and ‘felt nervous’ about it myself, so understanding real estate can be tough and exciting which is what got me into the industry.

Having worked the past 15 years for an International Brewery Company, I have established a long history in sales, negotiation, listening and marketing skills. All of these tools will be a huge asset in Real Estate.   

I've lived on the Kapiti Coast for the past 13 years and was lucky enough to marry and have 3 amazing children who all attend Kapakapanui School.

I'm also lucky and proud to be the Chair on the Board of Trustees at Kapakapanui School. This has been an amazing opportunity to give back some time and effort for my children, the school and the community. There have been some cross over skills I've been able to use in the role as we have finished off and are in the middle of renovations at the school. Great to have a wider understanding of what's happening in the local area and being able to directly feel like I've made a difference.

I'm really looking forward to helping people on their ‘Real Estate Journey’ and am extremely enthusiastic about the industry and can't wait to work with you.
